The number of participants at this event is limited.
Any Fully Paid Registration will have the priority on any unpaid registration.
Any refused registration will be credited without any penalties.
 

*Once your registration is completed, you will receive an official confirmation email from Conferium within 5 working days.

• Access to exhibition and poster area
• Conference name badge, mini program and lanyard
• Certificate of Attendance
• Buffet lunch and coffee/tea breaks for duration of the meeting
• Welcome reception and closing dinner

Payment methods

Payment of registration fees (in Canadian dollars) can be made as follows:

By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express or Union Pay

By Bank Transfer: Please select the payment option “Bank Transfer” and you will receive an e-mail with all needed instructions. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by Conferium according to the deadline dates. You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation when your registration is completed and an official confirmation e-mail following receipt of the payment.

Refund Policy

A refund of registration fees, less a 50 $ CAD administration fee, will be made to any registered participant who cancels on or before April 15, 2019.
Cancellation requests received after April 15, 2019 will be subject to an administrative charge of 50%.
No refund will be made if cancellation requests are received after May 6, 2019. Substitutions will be accepted at any time as long as the eventual additional amount in registration fees is paid.
